How to receive material from Benwood
Whatever is available via youtube is made available at this current website simply embedding youtube films. The added value is that youtube films are sorted and commented here.
Youtube currently seems the best option from the point of view of the most barrier free access. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for copyrights of youtube films. We just compile what has been made available by others on youtube.
Whatever is not available via youtube is much more complicated to share, however, it is not impossible. Send a short email to us on this and we try what we can do. We can provide a DVD to you charging you only the material cost for the DVD (ca. 3€) and the shipping cost to your place.
How to provide your material to us (Benwood)
Please provide films preferably via a youtube link. These can be any films you think are valuable with regard to Short Rotation Forestry/Agroforestry and you think others should know about. To provide information in a valuable form please download here an according form.
Films you have but you do not/cannot upload to youtube
Your media files will be displayed via a youtube link in any case. We would do the upload for you provided you send your material to us. If you want we can add your company name, contact details, logo and short text on your expertise and products in return.
We do not simply link to all material we receive but material we think is valuable as a complementary information to what is already there. For instance mere commercials usually are not of this latter kind.
Your benefits - why provide us with links/film material you personally established?
If we publish material you personally established
- your institution/company will be known to researchers and project developers via the Benwood website *)
- you will receive a DVD with film clips you select for free (no charge for DVD or shipping).
*) We link our committment to publish sent material to the condition the material is in line with the goals and the philosophy of the SREN network. Scientfic, analytical material is preferred over purely commercial material. Moreover we reserve the right to provide each published material with comments as deemed necessary for a transparent and critical information of the visitors of the SREN/Benwood website.
